I bought this secondhand from someone who had a disability and they said they never even rode it. It looked like it hadn't been used. It was close to regular price and everything seemed legit, it was a wealthy citizen who showed me the receipt for the scooter, but didn't give it to me. I had an issue getting the correct charger for it, but when I did finally get one, it asks for a password. Since last fall when I bought it, the man who sold it to me is no longer living there, it sounds like he may have passed on. What do I do about this? I tried 0000-9999 and 1500. What else is there to do? Replace the perfectly working screen? Please help! This weather is so perfect for this thing and I have to pay SO MUCH to Uber to work in Boston.
