[Short answer: Yes, hell yes.] Yogi Steve rides electric scooters on the daily, and can tell you all about it @electricscooteracademy (Instagram) Electric Scooter Academy (YouTube).
Like Yogi Steve wisely says,
"Make your first electric scooter purchase your last electric scooter purchase and buy Dualtron."
If you want to understand why Dualtron electric scooters are worth the money that has nothing to do with their top speed and range, watch this review.
Dualtron Storm 2,000 mile review from Electric Scooter Academy

Yogi Steve proves that the Dualtron Storm is a stalwart everyday rider (along with others in his fleet, the Dualtron Thunder 2 and Dualtron Ultra), and sustains daily use well with very few problems. Out of his scooters, he mentions that the Storm takes an experienced rider because it's got racing-level capabilities, but needs very little maintenance and fits the brand's consistent high level of quality.
In 2K miles, Yogi Steve has replaced (or will replace soon):
- 1 tire (caught a nail)
- Front and rear brake pads (twice, about ~1K miles/pad)
- Front and rear brake rotors (~2k miles/rotor)
He's also planning to bleed the hydraulic brakes, which are starting to feel spongy. That's it. After 2,000 miles!
He's ridden thousands of miles on Dualtron scooters, because they're just that well made. Here's how many miles he's hit on each of his scooters so far:
- Dualtron Ultra - 10,000 miles
- Dualtron 2 Limited - 5,000 miles
- Dualtron Ultra V2 - 5,800 miles
- Dualtron Storm - 2,000 miles
